The tables are fully schema'd and completely empty. Every table in the procurement base read zero records at the 2026-08-26 audit, and the only supplier row in the estate is a template placeholder.
The real problem
Not another schema — consistent capture of actual order, ETA, receipt, QC and delivery records. The board is already built and already empty; adding a second one over the same emptiness changes nothing.
