SAFE RECOVERY is the half of this axis with nothing behind it
Safe installation is served by clearances, effort and installer facets. Recovery — can one damaged unit be swapped without taking out the run, does a patched finish show, is the service point still reachable after install — has no facet, no rule and no taxonomy.

Serviceability after install is recorded per-SKU, never per-rule
Rear service panels, leak trays, accessible LED drivers and access panels all appear as catalogue inclusions. None is a rule, so none is enforced when a rule is drafted.
FixOne rule — a wet or powered built-in must keep its service point reachable after installation — would carry most of it.
Layered assemblies have no recovery rule at all
PP-04-C reaches a service point behind a finish. It does not address a build-up where repairing layer one means opening layers two and three. Both assemblies raised on 2026-08-26 recover badly and neither has a rule to cite.
