What is missing

Lead time, order-by back-scheduling, site-readiness gates, delivery damage and packaging all live in OS1 and Book 10. Nothing here cites them, so a rule can be written that ignores a 40-day lead time.
Fix — This is the largest structural gap. It does not need many rules — it needs a citation path to Book 10 and OS1's order schedule so that lead time is visible when a rule is drafted.
Delivery damage has one real observed signal and no home
Packaging failure on fragile finishes is a recurring site complaint in the estate's own feedback. There is nowhere in this repo to record it.
Fix — Airtable Site Lessons already accepts material behaviour — route it there, cite from here.
The first two materials that make this axis bite
Large thin panels and insulated roof panels are both damage-in-transit materials with awkward handling requirements, and both were raised on 2026-08-26 with no axis to carry them. Separately, the supervision audit of the same date found the lead-time figure is not merely uncited here but unrecorded anywhere — forked across seven or more fields against a Procurement Bible that rules there is one source, with a name-collision trap in ALUMAX Operations > Intake where 'Lead time (days)' is a project-turnaround formula.
Fix — Cite Procurement Bible Ch. 6 and Airtable Import Orders — NOT Book 10, which has no shipment content, and not OS1, which has zero occurrences of ETA.
