Decision-intent control room
Every rule tracedfrom evidence to install
alumax-intelligence-core v0.11.0
2 internal rule bodies withheld
For any surface or element — indoor, outdoor, floor, wall, ceiling, built-in, custom-made or modular — which material is correct, and why?
What does good look like here, who decides it, and which rule governs the call?
Where does this come from, what does the distance cost in time, and what happens when it has to be replaced?
What may be committed to a supplier, at what point in the rule lifecycle, and on whose authority?
When does it land on site, in what condition, and what does the sequence require of everything around it?
How does it behave once people live with it — cleaning, wear, humidity, and what the owner must actually do?
How much room does the installation have before it goes wrong, and when something does go wrong, can it be put right without destroying its neighbours?
What may be said about price on each surface, and what must never leave the building?
The open call · axis 05 · GAP
The whole axis is unrepresented in this repo
Fix — This is the largest structural gap. It does not need many rules — it needs a citation path to Book 10 and OS1's order schedule so that lead time is visible when a rule is drafted.

All 14Observation is not a rule. Every figure here is read from a file in the repo — nothing is estimated, projected or illustrated. Where the repo has no answer, the view says so.
