Fix — Extend MATERIAL_RISK values with a maintenance clause, or add a sibling facet. Cheaper than a new axis.

The Sell Catalog sells an oleophobic anti-fingerprint upgrade and explicitly prohibits unbranded matte film because it traps oil. That is maintainability intelligence sitting in a price list.
